The Silvery Ann philodendron is a rare, but easy to grow indoor vine native to Indonesia. The proper name is Scindapus pictus. The plant does well in bright indirect light or even lower light levels. Water when the soil is dry, but before wilting. Trim as needed. Fertilize once a month, spring through fall, with a general purpose house plant fertilizer.
